The Institute for Archaeological Studies (IAS) is dedicated to both research and education. Learning and sharing the truth about our past is a big part of the service that IAS provides.
When examining late Pleistocene (Ice Age) to historic era sites, a multi-disciplinary approach is used. IAS “ground truths” history and tests hypotheses.
We specialize in selected areas of research, fieldwork, laboratory analysis, publications, and education. The last two International Science Conferences have been hosted by IAS. Some of our professional papers and articles written for the public are posted under Papers and Articles on this website. Please feel free to download and read the information.
